Well the Los Angeles Lakers won their 15Th championship, but I was instantly reminded tonight why it should only happen once every 7 years (the last time they won). On the news were images of Los Angeles fans doing their dutiful rioting, because once your team becomes champion, then you have license to destroy. Unfortunately during the finals tonight there was an embarrassing commercial that aired showing members of the Lakers talking about how L.A. earned another title, now it was time to celebrate the right way. In other words, don't be morons! Why must there be a looters mentality when it comes to celebrations? I'm always surprised when people cry foul, or say that we as citizens are policed too strictly, or that everyone thinks we (insert race here) are going to cause trouble and that's why we're always being harassed. Well, aside from obvious cases of excessive force, all one has to do is turn on tonight's news and see for yourself why we are treated like children. Actions speak louder than words. The person reading this blog isn't necessarily a guilty party, for those people, just watch the nightly news tonight.

Los Angeles is full of shitty people, all big cities are. Don't take it to heart ! Hopefully these asswipes be arrested or shot by a property owner defending his/her business. I know harsh words in a politically correct city, when it suits it that is.
Wow...just imagine what the Kings fans will do if they EVER win a championship...they've got like 40+ years of built up riot in them!
SHAME!
Chicago had the same problem only larger during its heyday. The City, though, was much more effective as squelching the story and keeping it out of the headlines.
