Week 4: Injury Update
Well, it's hard to believe it's been four weeks, but alas it's true. My calve is much better now and I have begun lifting weights with my legs slowly but surely. Waking is great again and if I'm careful, I can jog for a little bit. It will be some time before I can run like before, but I think I'm about two to three weeks away from that.
