Yes the Ducks lost a game that they should have won.....Yes, the team turned on the jets and played the last five minutes like it was game 7 of the SC finals....and yes, the Ducks win streak is over....but lets look at the bright side. They sit in second place in the Pacific Division just one point shy of first....they are 4th in the Western Conference, and 7th in the entire NHL. Does it make things any better? Maybe not. There still is the games played vs. games in hand problem that seems to always to be a factor at the end of every season. So the after coming back from the road with 3 out of a possible 6 points, all eyes are focused on the mini home stand, where the Ducks seem to have more success. I still remember last season when it seem like the Ducks could not win anywhere! Unfortunately, the first game back is against the Columbus Blue Jackets. This team always plays hard, and let's not forget Rick Nash. Well, it won't be easy, and it won't be pretty.
Go Ducks!!
